Alert Assist is the Sydney Jewish Community's companion for 24/7 access to the community's two first response service providers – Community Security Group NSW (CSG) and Community Health Support (CHS).
Alert Assistwas created by Community Health Support (CHS) and Community Security Group NSW (CSG) to enable you easy access to the first response services that look after our community.
The app provides you with:
- 24/7 access to CHS for emergency medical response or medical advice and CSG to report urgent and non-urgent security incidents or concerns.
- Real-time warnings, alerts, and updates pertaining to our community.
- Helpful guides for basic security and medical situations.
We recommend that you download the app, and place it on your phone's home screen for easy access.
